Terms
Terms of sale
The short version of how buying from Pencelle works.
Digital products
Everything we sell is a digital file. Nothing is shipped. Your files are available in your library as soon as your payment is confirmed.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and include any discounts shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see your full card number.
Refunds
If a file doesn’t open or doesn’t work as described, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
Your account
Your library is tied to the email you used at checkout. Keep it up to date so you never lose access to your files.
